We have a very good weaving Unit which is ISO certified. We have a combination of AIRJET, Sulzer/ Shuttle less Looms, Auto Looms and Power Looms on which we can construct qualities.
We have combination of Airjet looms, sulzer/shuttless looms. We have a very good Bleaching and Dyeing unit for Continuous Bleach, Kare Bleach, IR Continuous Dyeing, Jigger Dyeing, Vat Dyeing, Pigment & Reactive dyeing.
State of the art printing is possible in pigment, reactive & VAT dyes, besides finishes, various other treatments such as stain release, water repellent, fire retardant and crease recovery are executing.
We have very good set-up of all machines including single needle, multi needle machines, safety / Over lock machines & quilting machines. The confidence is derived from elaborated setup of more than 200 machines.
As per contingent needs, basic lab tests can be conducted at nominal rates from our assigned labs. Each team performs checks based on AQL standards, which is cross audited randomly.
